Refund policy

We have a 7-days replaceable policy with any product, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement with any product.

and it is a one time replacement policy which means u have one time option to replace your product with any product, so make sure you choose right product.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1. To initiate a return, please WhatsApp us at +91 90816 90818 with a valid reason for the return. Make sure to include photos of the product showing the brand's label and tag; otherwise, your request will not be approved.

2. Once your request is approved, you will receive a refund as store credit in your SXV account within 24 hours of the return pickup.

3. You can use this store credit at checkout to purchase any product you want.

If your return pickup is not accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable / non-replaceable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) and accessories like bags and jewellery etc. We also do not accept returns for offers like Buy 1 and Get 1 free products . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
